Rotes Sedum-Beet

Am Rand der geplasterten Hoffläche hatten die Vorbesitzer etwas Beton-Ähnliches gegossen was mittlerweile brüchig und von Wurzeln unterwandert war. Als wir das Unkraut an dieser Stelle rausgerissen hatten, hat sich auch eine Menge des Betons verabschiedet, leider aber nicht genug für Blumen um sich darin wohlzufühlen. Aber ich hoffe dass es für Hauswurz i.O. ist.

At the border of the paved yard place the former owners poured some sandy concrete which perished in the meanwhile. By removing all the weeds at this place a lot of the concrete finally broke, but unfortunately it is not enough for plating flowers at this place. But I hope that the houseleek will like this place.



Da der Boden sehr sandig ist, ist er viel zu leicht vom Wasser weggeschwemmt worden. Meine Lösung: Tontöpfe mit Frostschaden zu Split zerklopft.

As the soil is very sandy, it could be washed away very easily by water. My solution: flower pots with frost damage, smashed to split.
